Currently, the StarNotation Store is available only to residents of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, and Canada. If you live outside these areas, please visit other ways to buy for a list of options available in your area.

Order processing
Orders usually ship within 48 hours, unless a product is listed as on backorder. Please take into account order processing as well as estimated shipping time (see chart below) when choosing a shipping method. Note: Orders placed after 3:30pm ET will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, please check with the carrier (DHL) as to status. The shipping notice sent to you by e-mail lists the carrier. To locate your waybill number(s), go to your account, enter your StarNotation ID and password, then click "view order history." Please note that products shipped to Canada may be delayed for purposes of customs clearance.

Standard business days for the StarNotation Store are Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
